Pathway hierarchies for KEGG were retrieved with KEGGREST::keggGet(), e.g. keggGet(kegg_query)[[1]]$CLASS. Reactome pathway parents were extracted from https://reactome.org/download/current/ReactomePathwaysRelation.txt.
