A data frame with 5 variables:

tmt11_channel

character, TMT channel

character, TMT plex

character, tissue abbreviation, one of TISSUE_ABBREV

character, sample identifier

character, assay abbreviation, one of ASSAY_ABBREV

An object of class data.frame with 462 rows and 5 columns.

An object of class data.frame with 120 rows and 5 columns.

An object of class data.frame with 132 rows and 5 columns.

Details

Sample information specific to each proteomics assay. This includes the TMT channel assigned to the sample (tmt11_channel) and the plex group in which the sample was assigned (tmt_plex).
